therapy for anxiety

find calm. reclaim control. feel like yourself again.

Anxiety can be overwhelming—racing thoughts, constant worry, a tight chest, trouble sleeping, feeling like you are always making the “wrong” decision. If you’re here, chances are this resonates with you, and you’re tired of carrying the weight alone. You’re not weak, broken, or overreacting. You’re human. And support is available.

how therapy can help

Anxiety looks different for everyone. Maybe it’s social anxiety keeping you from fully showing up, debilitating panic attacks that pop up out of the blue, or a general sense of dread that won’t go away. Through therapy, you can:

  • Learn how to manage intrusive and overwhelming thoughts

  • Rebuild your sense of safety and confidence

  • Develop tools to calm your nervous system

  • Break free from patterns that keep anxiety in control

Whether your anxiety is new or something you’ve lived with for years, therapy offers a path forward, to a happier and healthier version of yourself. If you want to feel more in control, less fearful, and more confident in your choices - therapy can help.

my approach

I offer a creative, cozy, and warm space where you can talk openly without fear of judgment. My work is trauma informed and rooted in evidence-based methods including CBT, DBT, and EFT (Tapping), which aims to increase emotional intelligence and self-awareness while minimizing maladaptive thought patterns.

In addition to traditional talk-therapy, I am also a Board-Certified Art Therapist, focused on Jungian and Psychodynamic principles of the unconscious/subconscious. Art therapy allows us to explore anxiety through images, color, and creative techniques, giving form to thoughts/feelings that can be hard to put into words. By creating and viewing the art, we can better understand maladaptive emotional thoughts and patterns and develop coping strategies to help you manage anxiety.

Not “good at art?” No problem! You don’t have to be. The art therapy process is gentle, supportive, and tailored to your comfort level. Whether you’re a lifelong creative or someone who hasn’t pickup up a crayon since childhood, this space is for you.

you’re not alone

Many of my clients are high-achieving, thoughtful people who seem “fine” on the outside but are struggling beneath the surface. Together, we can work towards feeling more grounded, present, and at peace.
